Hilton Head Part 1

Once again, due to the overabundance of pictures, I am doing 2 posts devoted to our vacation with my family.

This little guy recently started scooting, so we boxed
him in with cushions & bags!

Halfway point on our trip down to Hilton Head.  We had a good
nights sleep and a yummy breakfast to kick start our day.

When we start seeing signs for Bluffton, it means one of two things.
We are either getting close to Hilton Head or close to Home!
To our delight, the first is true!

We roomed with Klint, Sarah,

Otto (how cute is he?)

& Emitt

Dropping Leo off At Mom & Dad's Condo so we
could go out with my siblings.

The Smoke House:  The Brisket & Pork Chops are worth trying.
(They had an interesting bathroom but we'll give that its own post)

Can you tell this is the start of our vacation?  Not much of a tan yet!

I'm not sure who is in Love more, us and the delicious ice cream, or them and all the money we gave them for it.  We don't like thinking about how much money we spent on ice cream this week!

Our First Trip to HHIC.  I don't remember what the guy said while taking
our picture, but by looking at our expressions, it must have been funny.

LOTS

OF

ATTENTION

FROM

EVERYONE!

Can he do it?

Yes he can!  With everyone cheering at him, Leo
didn't know what to think!

Found his feet!

Outback With The Family

Otto had me & Sarah slightly distracted for our family picture.

No big deal, I'm just floating!

Grandpa & Leo

Checking each other out!

Grandpa & Otto

Leo took lots of naps down at the pool...

right beside the Men's Restroom!

Poor Ryan got lost on the beach after looking at what he thought was a mile marker
when he started his ride. So when he gave the lifeguards the marker he thought
he was looking for they led him on a wild goose chase & he ended up with quite the
splattered sunburn, thanks to the bike flipping sand up on his back for 2 hours!  Turns
out he should have went and looked at the mile markers the lifeguards were referring to!
(not the ones he was looking at.)

Giuseppi's Pizza:  You'll get the most delightful Weggie @ this place!
Keep scrolling to find out how good of a weggie it is.

Were you almost afraid to keep scrolling?  This is their famous Weggie.
Looks better than the real deal huh?!

How many people can you fit into a 6 passanger van?
8 in the back,

& 2 in the front!  Thankfully we didn't run into any cops while
heading to get ice cream!

I do believe this was our 3rd time @ HHIC.
