Babies R Us has always been one of my
least favorite stores to patronize. On the unfortunate occasion when I needed to purchase a gift for a friend's child, I'd find an employee & ask them
exactly where my desired item was located. I learned the hard way that finding things by myself in that store only created frustration & headaches. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to perusing the aisles of Babies R Us & deciding what items to register for & which ones to pass by. So on January 26, while we were headed to Fort Wayne,
I was a little anxious. I hoped & prayed that the day would go smoothly & we could have fun; and thanks to the three people that came with me, I did not experience much stress & I didn't come home with a headache! Here are some pictures from the day.

When the day was over, I was overwhelmed by everything our baby needs. I was also overwhelmed by the fact that most of those things will be given to us by our friends & family. It humbled me when I realized how shallow my stress & worries about this day were. We have been blessed with an over-abundance of everything. I need to remember that the next time I get stressed out about material things.
Love that Ryan came to document the outing - that's great! J & J were the perfect de-stressors to take with you!

Looked like a "fun day"! J and J surely were good to take along--great experienced moms! All that stuff would be overwhelming to a new mom to be! When we had kids, we didn't register anywhere--people got their gifts at a dept. store in the baby section or grocery store. Not at all the selections you have!
